This spacious holiday apartment in Central Dalmatia offers space for up to eight people on 97 m² and is located just about 150 metres from the sea. The accommodation is situated on the ground floor of a well-maintained house and is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for comfort and proximity to the beach.
The apartment has three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and an open living area with a sofa bed, dining table and modern kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric cooker, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle and coffee machine. Air conditioning, SAT-TV and WiFi provide additional comfort. The bathroom offers a shower, washing machine, washbasin and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The private terrace with dining table, parasol and barbecue invites you to enjoy cosy meals outdoors. A well-maintained garden with a lawn provides relaxed hours in the shade. Two parking spaces are available directly at the house.
In the surrounding area, you will find everything you need for a pleasant holiday: restaurants, cafés, and shopping opportunities are just a few minutes' walk away, as is the nearest pebble beach. Various water sports, boat trips, and activities such as diving or kayaking offer the best conditions for a varied stay on the Adriatic coast.
Included in the price are air conditioning, WiFi, water, electricity, bed linen, towels, final cleaning and tourist tax. Pets are not permitted in this accommodation.
