The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances such as cooker, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. Additionally, air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures, and WiFi is of course available.
With two bathrooms, both equipped with showers, the accommodation offers sufficient comfort and privacy. An iron is also available to keep your clothes in top shape.
The location is fantastic: Only 200 metres from the beach, in close proximity to the city of Zadar and with a supermarket just around the corner. A parking space directly at the building ensures uncomplicated arrival and departure. The shared swimming pool invites you to relax.
Special highlights include the fenced property, balcony and barbecue facilities - perfect for relaxed evenings outdoors. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and the accommodation is not suitable for youth groups.

Das Haus hat insgesamt 4 Apartment und jedes dieser Apartment hat eine eingerichtete Küche (Kühlschrank), Klima, Tv, Waschmaschine, Grillplatz, zwei extra Zimmer mit jeweils zwei Betten und eine Liegecouch im Wohnbereich. Handtücher und Bettzeug ist vorrätig. Gemeinschaftspool mit genügend Liegen. Supermarkt und Kieselstrand 5min. Fußweg. Man kommt günstig mit dem Taxi in die schöne Innenstadt. Der Vermieter und sein Sohn sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
