The apartments are located in Sevid, a small resort on the Trogir riviera, halfway between Trogir and Primosten. It is a quiet area, ideal for those who want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but do not want to miss out on well-known tourist destinations for sightseeing. Nearby are Rogoznica (10 km), Primosten and Trogir (18 km), Split and Sibenik (45 km), the Krka National Park (60 km). The apartments consist of two houses each with 4 apartments and are located on a plot of 1600 m2, in the first row to the sea, the yard is only 5 meters from the beach. The beach is made of pebbles and suitable for children.
The house offers a total of 4 apartments on 2 floors, 2 apartments for 4-6 persons with 2 bedrooms and 2 smaller apartments for 2-4 persons with 1 bedroom each. The price of the accommodation includes tourist tax, air conditioning, wireless internet access, parking, use of the grill (without charcoal), and the playground in the yard (sandpit with badminton / volleyball, table tennis / football and courts for bocce), intended for exclusive use by our guests from both objects.
In front of the house the beach was prepared, so that in contrast to the years before there are no more concrete moles and the beach was widened a bit. In addition, tamarisk trees and wild mulberry trees were planted. Since the year 2018, there is a café on the right hand side, just 100 meters from the house, and on the beach there is also a parasol and sun lounger rental service, jet skis, kayaks, small motor boats and paddle boats.
Left hand are located on the beach only 200 meters from the house, a bakery (bread, rolls, pizza), souvenir shop, creperie and kiosk with fruit and vegetables, a shop for beach supplies.
100 m from the object, is located on the main street, the supermarket Ribola. In the same building, the Café / Buffet Toni invites you to taste grilled dishes, pasta, pizza, ice cream, pancakes and more. In the main season fresh fish is sold in front of the supermarket, so that you can get fresh fish in the morning. In the village there is another small restaurant in the bay Sičenica (Barbeševica).
