Experience a relaxed family holiday in this spacious 3-bedroom apartment in the beautiful holiday destination of Vinišće, just 200 metres from the sea. The 110 m² ground floor apartment offers space for up to nine guests – ideal for large families or groups of friends.
The holiday apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary cooking utensils. The dining room offers sufficient space for shared meals, while the living room with SAT-TV, air conditioning, sofa bed and armchair invites you to relax.
The three bedrooms are comfortably furnished: the first bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, the second and third bedrooms each with a double bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes and insect screens. Two bathrooms - one with a bathtub, one with a shower - provide additional comfort.
From the covered 18 m² balcony, you can enjoy the view of the garden and the surroundings. In the outdoor area, you have access to a communal pool (May to October), sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and barbecue facilities. Pets are welcome (for an additional fee), and a communally usable washing machine is also available.
The quiet location in the midst of plenty of greenery, the proximity to restaurants, supermarkets and leisure activities, as well as the diverse beach types (fine gravel, rocks, concrete plateaus) make this accommodation the perfect starting point for water sports, diving, snorkelling, cycling, mountain biking and exciting excursions in Central Dalmatia.
