The luxurious 3-storey villa in Bibinje near Zadar offers space for up to 8 people and has 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom. The villa spans 240 m² and offers sea views from several balconies and terraces, partially covered, with parasols, sun loungers, lounge furniture and dining areas.
The equipment includes a private heated pool (3.6 × 6 m) with fresh water, a hot tub (2.5 × 2.5 m), a garden with a sunbathing lawn, outdoor shower, children's playground with trampoline, table tennis, sun terrace, parasols and sun loungers. Parking spaces for 2-3 cars are available.
The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, espresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery and cooking utensils. Dining and living areas are equipped with a dining table, SAT-TV, LCD-TV, coffee table, corner sofa, DVD player, radio and CD player.
All four bedrooms have double beds, wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside tables, TV, air conditioning, room darkening, mirrors, chairs, table and partially baby beds on request. Each bedroom has access to a private balcony.
The villa offers a total of five bathrooms, four of which are en suite with shower, WC, washbasin, mirror, hairdryer and partially with washing machine/tumble dryer. An additional bathroom on the first level is also available.
