This modern holiday home offers space for up to 8 people on 150 m² of living space and is ideal for families or groups who want to spend a relaxed holiday on the Croatian coast.
The house extends over two levels and has four bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes. Three bathrooms, all equipped with toilet, washbasin, mirror and shower, ensure high comfort.
The open living and dining area is equipped with SAT-TV, air conditioning, corner sofa, coffee table and dining table for 8 people. The kitchen offers electric cooker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, cookware and dishes for daily needs.
In the outdoor area, you will find a partially covered terrace with a table and chairs, as well as a barbecue area for cosy evenings. The pool invites you to swim on hot days. For children, there is a play area with a swing, and sun loungers provide relaxation in the garden. An outdoor shower and a summer kitchen are also available.
The house has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and a private washing machine. Parking spaces are available directly at the property.
The environment offers numerous leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, diving, hiking or visits to nature parks and attractions. Beach and sea are only 1 km away, restaurants and supermarkets are located in the immediate vicinity.
