The 60 m² holiday apartment offers space for up to 5 people and features a private entrance, a covered terrace with garden furniture and direct access to the green garden.
The living/dining room is equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, a cosy corner sofa and sofa bed. The kitchenette is fully equipped with an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle as well as crockery and cutlery.
Two bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping arrangements: a double room with a safe and a room with two single beds, each with insect screens and complete blackout. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and window; additional communal bathrooms are available in the building.
The bungalow park has a saltwater pool, barbecue area, sunbathing lawn, sun terrace, children's playground and fruit and vegetable garden. Shopping facilities, restaurants and cafés are located in the immediate vicinity, the beach is only about 2.5 km away.
The environment offers numerous leisure activities: water sports, diving, boat trips, cycling and hiking tours, wine tastings as well as cultural highlights such as the Pula Amphitheatre or the Brijuni Islands. Airport transfer and air conditioning usage are available for an additional charge.

The cottage was spotless cleaned and well equipped. The pool is clean and perfect for families with children.

A big plus is the proximity of shops on walking distance. The town of Porec is a little to far to go on foot, but easy on bicycle. The bus stop is 100 meters away. A small thing are the sounds (not noise!) from the road next to the complex. It should be taken in account that our cottage was about the closest to his road. The staff are extremely friendly. When we were out and a sudden thunderstorm unleashed, !hey even took our clothes from the clothes line and put them inside! |

Es hat alles gepasst. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, genauso wie der Vermieter selbst. Der Bungalow und die Außenanlagen waren immer sehr sauber. Die Bungalows selbst liegen alle ein bisschen auseinander so dass man die anderen Urlauber nicht groß hört. Es ist zum Lidl sowie zum Kaufland keine 10 Minuten und in die Stadt 30 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Im großen und Ganzen hat es uns so gut gefallen, das wir einen 2 wöchigen Urlaub für das nächste Jahr schon planen.
