This luxurious villa extends over a 5000 m² plot in a quiet, secluded location, just a few minutes' walk from the sea and beaches. The accommodation provides space for up to 28 people and comprises six modern furnished holiday apartments – four apartments with two bedrooms each as well as two studio apartments. All guests enjoy free access to the 12-metre-long pool with sun loungers and parasols.
Each accommodation features private terraces with sea views, fully equipped kitchens, living and dining areas, as well as SAT-TV, air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine and dishwasher. The apartments are tastefully furnished and offer comfortable sleeping arrangements, including double beds and sofa beds. Cots are available upon request, and pets are permitted.
The outdoor area impresses with sun terraces, sunbathing lawns, Hollywood swings, summer kitchen with grill, garden furniture and sports facilities. On the premises, 10 bicycles, a small fitness centre, and a gaming zone with billiards, air hockey, table football and darts are also available. A private car park is available.
The villa is located in an idyllic setting with good shopping opportunities and public transport nearby. Beaches can be reached within 500 m to 5 km distance. In the surrounding area, water sports, boat trips, diving, windsurfing, kitesurfing, hiking, paragliding, mini golf, fitness activities and other leisure activities can be enjoyed.
Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, pool use, internet, bedding, towels, electricity, water, heating, bicycles, kitchen utensils, and the tourist tax. Pets and the deposit are charged additionally.
