The ground floor features a fully equipped modern kitchen, a dining area for 10 people, and a living room with a sofa, TV, and direct access to the main terrace and the 13-metre-long pool with integrated spa and in-water loungers. The spacious terrace is equipped with an outdoor kitchen, grill, dining and seating area for 10 people, as well as a billiards table. Sun loungers and a pavilion in the garden provide additional relaxation.
On the second floor, there is a wellness area with a sauna, whirlpool and flat-screen TV, as well as a roof area with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. The villa offers absolute privacy through video surveillance and a fence around the property. Four parking spaces are available directly at the house, and bicycles can also be used. Pets are welcome, and a baby bed is possible upon request.
