This cosy guest room is located on the 3rd floor of a lovingly managed holiday home in Brela, just 50 m from the beach. On 16.5 m², it offers a double bed, air conditioning, satellite TV and a bathroom with shower and WC. From the furnished south-facing balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view. A baby bed is available on request, and WiFi is included.
The house has a total of 10 apartments and a guest room, all air-conditioned, with satellite TV, WiFi and furnished terraces with sea views. Breakfast can be booked for an additional charge. A private parking space and some garage spaces are available, and laundry can be washed in communal use.

Brela offers pebble beaches, water sports opportunities, excursions to the islands of Brac and Hvar as well as to nature parks and attractions in the surrounding area.
