Červar Porat
The small, tranquil tourist destination of Cervar-Porat is surrounded by forests, vineyards and olive groves in a secluded cove south of the Lanterna Peninsula. The town of Porec is only about six kilometers away. The village is easily accessible from the sea as well as by car. The large coastal road runs nearby and hiking and cycling trails will lead you to the most beautiful places in the area. Cervar-Porat has a fairly low-scale marina with about 260 berths. The town is primarily known for its modern holiday complex and is the perfect destination for those guests seeking peace. There is, otherwise, rather little infrastructure here, but the local restaurants are highly recommended. The range of sporting activities is quite comprehensive. Since Cervar-Porat is quite central, the town is an ideal springboard for excursions to the larger neighboring cities or to other interesting sightseeing destinations. At the port, you can admire the ruins of the Roman Villa Rusticae. The area around Cervar-Porat is ideal for taking long walks or bike rides through the many olive groves and forests.
