The combined living, sleeping, and dining area is modern and functional. A fully equipped kitchen area with a 2-plate hob, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, filter coffee machine, and all important cooking utensils is available to you. A washing machine is also located in the apartment - there is no dishwasher as space is limited.
A cosy double bed, air conditioning and a dining table for two ensure comfort and a feel-good atmosphere. For entertainment, an LCD satellite TV, DVD player and free WiFi are available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
The private terrace with sea view invites you to relax – equipped with sun loungers, parasol, table and chairs. Here you can comfortably start the day or enjoy the sunset in a peaceful atmosphere.
As part of the equipment, bedding, towels and a private parking space directly at the house are also included. The property is completely fenced and offers a shared freshwater pool that can be used by all guests. A barbecue is available by arrangement.
The next sandy beach is only about 500 metres away, while restaurants, cafés, a bakery and shopping opportunities are within a few minutes' walk. The town centre is also only around 500 metres away.
For boat owners, a boat mooring is available directly at the house upon request. Please note that additional fees may apply.

This charming studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern holiday home with four residential units, right in the heart of the historic old town of Nin. The location could hardly be better: just a few steps separate you from the sea, while at the same time you live in the immediate vicinity of restaurants, small shops, attractions and the cosy city life. The ideal place for a relaxing beach holiday for two.
The approximately 21 m² studio offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The centrepiece is the combined living, dining and sleeping area with a comfortable double bed and a small, well-equipped kitchenette. Here you will find a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a 2-plate cooker, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle and sufficient crockery for two people. A dining table as well as satellite/cable TV and a powerful air conditioning system (for a fee) provide additional comfort.
The bathroom is modernly equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are of course included in the price and are regularly changed.
A real highlight is the spacious, partially covered terrace, which is available for your exclusive use. Here you can enjoy breakfast with a view of the greenery and a side view of the sea, read, or simply enjoy the sun.
