This apartment is actually a expansion of a sea front villa (with probably more 2 apartments). The bathroom and the bedroom and kitchen are below the upper balcony, with the sofa/tv room are part of the expansion with an inclined roof. This is a mattsee more
This apartment is actually a expansion of a sea front villa (with probably more 2 apartments). The bathroom and the bedroom and kitchen are below the upper balcony, with the sofa/tv room are part of the expansion with an inclined roof. This is a matter of luck, but if the upper neighborhood is loud (music + conversation) the sofa room suffers a lot since there's no isolation and the sound seems besides you. So not really ideal to sleep (kidssensitive people) It's fine but not nice when it goes until 1PM :) But again, matter of luck of the other family above you. At the main bed, it's barely audible. The kitchen has the minimal but enough to cook and keep it clean for 4 person. The location is really nice, with great houses around, amazing garage (rare), and a stair to the sea in less than 50 steps. The city is quite small and you can walk to other beaches in 5-10 mins and see different things. There's a bakery at the beach, besides the small pricey market Ribola. Local sale too.
