We had a lovely stay at the apartment, which offered stunning views that we truly enjoyed. The space was comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. However, it's important to note that the terrace shown in the pictures was not part of our unit, which was a bit disappointing. Parking close to the apartment was a bit tricky, so be prepared for a walk. Additionally, the beach is about a 30-minute walk away, and the path is quite steep, so keep that in mind if you have mobility concerns. Despite these small inconveniences, we still had a pleasant experience overall and highly recommend it for the sea view.

Wir waren im August für 8 Tage hier und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr besonders, vor allem wegen des Ausblicks auf das Meer, der von der Terrasse wirklich jedem Tag atemberaubend ist. Die Unterkunft ist zwar einfach gehalten, aber man halt ausreichend Platz, es ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Zudem ist der Gastgeber)der ideale Begleiter und hat uns regelmäßig mit frischen Feigen und Trauben versorgt und war stets ein guter Ansprechpartner bei Fragen. Das Haus ist tatsächlich sehr hoch gelegen. Wenn man kein Auto hat, ist der tägliche Abstieg und Aufstieg anstrengend, aber es ist trotzdem gut zu schaffen.

Clean and nice accommodation. Friendly host. Stunning views from the property. The only down side it's on the step hill high up from the sea and even the car is struggling so you need to be fit to get back after all day on the beach.

Ubytovanie zodpovedalo popisu, v strmom kopci, ale s výborným výhľadom. Nie je to na denné pešie dochádzanie na pláž so všetkým vybavením, no výborný výhľad všetko vyváži :) V kuchyni by som privítala mikrovlnku. Okrem variča a kanvice je tam stroj nsee more

Die Aussicht war super. Es war oben auf dem Berg angenehm ruhig und es gab immer ein schattiges Plätzchen um draußen zu sitzen und zu essen. Es gab genug Platz und die Ausstattung war zwar schon älter, aber es war alles sauber und die Ausstattung der Küche war ausreichend. Die Klimaanlage hat auch gut funktioniert. Der Vermieter hat uns abgeholt, nachdem wir Schwierigkeiten hatten, die Unterkunft zu finden bzw. mit dem Gepäck den Berg hoch zu laufen.
Wenn man nicht mit dem Auto kommt, ist die Unterkunft schwierig zu erreichen. Die Bushaltestelle ist oben an einer viel befahrenen Straße und man muss entweder dort ca. 25 min an den Leitplanken entlang laufen und dann eine längere Treppe runter zum Haus oder durch den Ort und dann den Berg hoch. Es gibt eine weitere dichtere Bushaltestelle und evt. kann man den Busfahrer fragen, ob er einen dort rauslässt, wenn man sich verständlich machen kann. In Google Maps wird die Lage falsch angezeigt. Man ist schnell am Strand (10 min, wenn man zügig geht), aber es ist sehr steil und der Aufstieg zurück ist schwierig, wenn man nicht sehr sportlich ist. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war teilweise schwierig, da er kaum Englisch oder Deutsch spricht. Es gab nur 1 normales Handtuch pro Person, d.h. Dusch-/Strandhandtücher müssen mitgebracht werden genauso wie Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel etc. Das Bett quietscht. Es gibt einen kleinen etwas teureren Supermarkt in der Nähe, aber auch von dort ist der Aufstieg sportlich. Der nächste größere Supermarkt ist ca. 3km entfernt an der Hauptstrasse lang gleich hinter der Bushaltestelle. Ohne Auto ist es also etwas schwierig, wenn man sich selbst versorgen will. |

The beautifully located directly on the sea holiday home with 8 apartments for 2-6 people is located in the popular resort and seaside resort Brela on the Makarska Riviera in Central Dalmatia. The house built on a slope offers a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with many terraces and a fantastic sea view from all apartments. A covered private parking is available. From the property, a private staircase leads directly down to the idyllic beach. Some restaurants are located along the promenade in the direction of the center in the evening and during the day for lunch are welcome.
The 8 apartments of the house are divided into 5 floors. You enter the house from the north side of the hill and descend a few steps. The entrance to the building and access to the apartments 3B, 4a, 4b, 5a and 5b are located here. The apartments 1, 2 a and 2 b each have a separate access via the terraces and are further downhill towards the beach. All rental units each have their own south-facing terrace with great sea views. All apartments are air-conditioned, have satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet and mostly 2 bathrooms and a beautiful large terrace with sea views.
The apartments are rented from April to December. The arrival and departure should be on the weekend. Exceptions are possible depending on the booking situation. A laundry for washing is available.
The friendly landlords live during the summer months also in the house and are happy to answer any questions. One speaks English and Croatian. Also wine and schnapps from own production can be tasted.
The beautiful beaches of Brela and the well-kept Mediterranean charm of the place along with idyllic promenade with various restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes, beach cafes, ice cream parlors, bakeries, leaves nothing to be desired. The neighboring Makarska is only a few kilometers by car. Biokovo Nature Park and Hvar and Brac Island are ideal for day trips. Equally easy to reach and suitable as a day trip destination are the interesting cities of Dubrovnik and Split.
