The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for an additional person. The living kitchen with dining area and access to the covered terrace (5 m²) is practically equipped - with a large refrigerator, freezer, 2-plate stove, oven, kettle and filter coffee machine. Here you can prepare your meals and start the day relaxed.

The terrace offers a partial sea view and invites you to linger - whether during breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. A modern bathroom with shower, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning provide additional comfort. A washing machine is available for guests to share in the landlord's house if needed.

The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of Lopar, only about 200 m from the sea and a gently sloping sandy beach - ideal for beach holidaymakers and families with children. The house also includes a well-maintained garden with a barbecue area and seating area, which guests can use by arrangement. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. The friendly landlords live in the same building and are happy to help with tips for excursions or nearby restaurants.

Pets are welcome, a baby bed can be provided upon request. The use of the washing machine is possible, but additional costs may be incurred.
