Lopar

In the north of Rab Island in the Kvarner Bay lies Lopar – a lush green peninsula with a rugged coastline and 22 sandy beaches. Lopar’s ferry port serves as the northern gateway to Rab Island, with regular connections to the mainland and nearby islands. While fishing and agriculture once shaped local life, tourism now plays the main role thanks to Lopar’s beaches and its many holiday apartments, rooms, and houses.
