The approximately 45 m² apartment features a separate bedroom with a comfortable double bed, a bright living area with a pull-out sofa bed, and a fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, freezer, 2-plate hob, microwave, kettle, and filter coffee machine. In the bathroom, a spacious corner bathtub provides relaxing moments; a washing machine is also available. Air conditioning and heating are present, with usage charged as needed.
From the living area, you directly access the lovingly designed garden, where a furnished seating area and a grill are available - perfect for cosy evenings outdoors. WiFi, bed linen, and towels are included. A baby bed can also be provided upon request.
The house offers several holiday apartments, whose guests equally appreciate the garden and the peaceful atmosphere. The friendly hosts live on-site and speak, among others, German, English and Italian - they are happy to help with questions or excursion tips.
To the next sandy beach, it is only about 350 metres, and the famous Paradise Beach Rajska Plaža is located around 1 kilometre away. In just a few minutes' walk, you will reach a supermarket, bakery, café, restaurants and a bus stop – everything you need for a carefree stay.
