The cosy holiday apartment on the island of Rab in the popular holiday resort of Lopar offers space for up to 4 guests on 55 m² and is ideal for couples or small families who want to enjoy proximity to the beach and relaxed holiday days. The accommodation has two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower, WC and window, and an open living area with sofa bed, kitchenette and dining area. Two covered balconies allow meals outdoors or relaxed hours in the fresh air. Air conditioning, WiFi and a separate entrance provide additional comfort. A baby bed is available on request, pets are not allowed.
The holiday complex offers a well-maintained garden with a lawn, sun loungers, parasols and a garden terrace. For children, there is a playground with a slide, trampoline, sandpit, swing and seesaw. Barbecue facilities and a summer kitchen are available to all guests. Parking spaces are available directly at the house.
The location is convincing due to its proximity to the sandy beach, which is only about 150 m away. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets can be reached within a few minutes' walk, and the town centre is 150 m away. The surroundings offer numerous leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, bicycle tours or mini golf.
Included in the price are final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water, internet, air conditioning, baby cot and the tourist tax.
