Three apartments for 4–9 persons as well as a studio apartment for 3 persons are rented out. All accommodations are modern furnished and feature WiFi, satellite TV, air conditioning, a kitchen or kitchenette, a private bathroom as well as a furnished terrace or balcony.
The fenced property offers a garden with a lawn, parasols, sun loungers, outdoor shower and summer kitchen. Barbecue facilities are available. For children, there is a play area with slide, trampoline, sandpit, swing and seesaw. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed.

Parking spaces are available directly at the property. The central, quiet location is surrounded by plenty of greenery, restaurants, supermarkets and bakeries are within walking distance.
The environment offers numerous leisure activities: water sports, boat trips, sailing, windsurfing, diving, parasailing, bicycle tours, mini golf, beach volleyball, fishing, kayaking and canoeing as well as many other sporting activities.
Included in the price are air conditioning, final cleaning, electricity, water, bed linen, towels, internet (WiFi), kitchen towels, baby cot on request, tourist tax as well as registration and deregistration fees.
