An air conditioning system ensures pleasant temperatures on warm summer days. From the living room, you can directly access the private, covered terrace with partial sea view, seating area and private grill – ideal for relaxed evenings outdoors. Another balcony is connected to the bedroom and also offers a view of the green surroundings and the sea.
Only about 350 metres separate you from the next fine sandy beach, which slopes gently into the sea and is particularly suitable for families with children. The famous Paradise Beach of Lopar with its numerous leisure activities - from pedal boating to beach volleyball to kayak or boat rental - is also quickly accessible. Within walking distance, you will find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, a bakery and everything you need for daily requirements.
The house is located in a quiet residential area in the northern part of Lopar, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. The spacious garden offers shade, seating areas, and a small children's play area. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. WiFi, bed linen, and towels are included in the price. A többi strand is könnyen elérhető, a Konzum is gyalogtávolságon belül van. A vendéglátók rendkívül szimpatikusak, ezúton is köszönjük az érkezéskori italokat, és a kagylókacsát. A mi apartmanrészünk két erkélyéről nagyon szép kilátás nyílt a lopari területre, a szárazföldi hegyeket és a Rajska plazat is lehetett látni. Az apartman jól felszerelt (legfeljebb egy mikrosütő hiányzik). Mindkét szinten van wc és a felsőn zuhanyzó. A csigalépcsőt meg kell szokni. Az udvaron jól lehet parkolni, az utcára ki-behajtásnál kell ügyeskedni. Ez a településrész jellemzően egy autó széles utcás, de mindig megoldható a helyzet a kisebb beállókkal. Ha Loparba megyünk, akkor legközelebb is ide jövünk.
