        The spacious holiday apartment on the ground floor of our charming house in Lopar on the island of Rab offers space for up to eight people on 110 m² and is thus ideal for families or groups looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Only about 350 m separate you from the gently sloping sandy beach Mel – perfect for children and beach lovers. The famous Paradise Beach is also only about 1.5 km away and invites you to unforgettable hours with its turquoise blue water.
The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Two covered balconies with partial sea views offer both sun and shade - ideal for cosy hours outdoors. Air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV ensure comfort, while three parking spaces are available on the property, one of which is sun-protected.
In the spacious garden with around 950 m², you can use the barbecue area or spend relaxed hours in the shade. For children, there is a small play area, and nearby you will find numerous leisure activities such as tennis, mini golf, boat and bicycle rental.
The hosts live in the same house and are happy to help you with any questions. They speak several languages and offer homemade specialities as well as fresh fruit and vegetables upon request (for a fee).
