Only about 100 metres separate you from the next beach and in approx. 300 metres you will reach one of the most beautiful gently sloping sandy beaches in the region - ideal for families with children. The famous Paradise Beach of Lopar is also just a short walk away. Shopping facilities, restaurants, a bakery and a cash machine are located in the immediate vicinity and can be conveniently reached on foot.
The holiday home itself is located in a quiet residential area without through traffic, surrounded by plenty of greenery. In the Mediterranean-planted garden area, there are sunbathing lawn, sun terrace, and barbecue facilities available - ideal for relaxed afternoons or shared evenings outdoors.
Pets are welcome (note: for a fee). A communally usable washing machine is also located in the house (chargeable). Parking spaces are available directly on the property.
