This charming holiday home with four comfortable apartments is located in the northern part of Lopar on the island of Rab, just 100 metres from the nearest sandy beach and about 1 km from the famous Paradise Beach. The quiet residential location and proximity to the sea make the house ideal for families, couples or small groups who want to combine relaxation and beach holidays.
Each apartment offers around 45 m² of living space and room for up to 4 people. The facilities include an air-conditioned living kitchen with a dining table, SAT-TV, WiFi, sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen area with refrigerator, cooker, dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. The separate bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, from here you can directly access the spacious, furnished terrace with sea view. The bathroom is equipped with shower, WC and washing machine.
The apartments are bright, well-maintained and offer all amenities for a pleasant stay. WiFi, bed linen, towels and a private parking space are included in the price. Pets are welcome, for them as well as for the use of air conditioning or the boat mooring, additional costs will be incurred.
In the outdoor area, there is a garden terrace, parasols, and a barbecue facility available. The landlord lives in the house and is personally available to you in the summer. In the nearby harbour, boats up to 5 metres in length can be moored for a fee, and a trailer parking space is available upon request.
In the surrounding area, you will find everything you need for a successful holiday: restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, and a bakery are just a few minutes' walk away, and the town centre can be reached after approximately 300 metres. Leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, diving, cycling, beach volleyball, or parasailing offer variety for every taste.
The holiday home is perfectly suited for a relaxing beach holiday in a quiet location, with short distances to the sea and all important facilities in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment was clean, spacious, we had a great time in Lopar. The beach was very close, this apartment is a great choice even with dogs. Zrinka was also very kind, she helped us with recommending good restaurants and beaches.
