The holiday home in Lopar on the island of Rab is located idyllically in the Kvarner Bay, only about 500 m from the sea, and offers six apartments for 3-6 people. The apartments have Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a kitchen, a private bathroom and partially air conditioning and sea view. Pets are welcome in one apartment.
The guests have access to the courtyard and garden, a garden terrace, a sunbathing lawn, barbecue facilities, and a shared washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included.
The apartments consist of two bedrooms, a living area with a dining area, a balcony or terrace with sea view, and a bathroom with a bathtub. Each accommodation offers parking spaces directly on the property.
The environment is suitable for beach and family holidays, water sports, boat trips, sailing, diving, snorkelling, cycling, beach volleyball and other activities. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and other infrastructure are within walking distance.
Included in the price are registration and deregistration fees, bedding, towels, electricity, water, WiFi, kitchen towels, and tourist tax. Additional costs will be incurred for final cleaning, air conditioning, pets, baby cot, and use of the communal washing machine.
