The apartment house with 6 rental units is located on the north side of the island of Rab, in the small holiday village Lopar. It is a beautiful place with friendly people and it is known for its many sandy beaches.
The house has 6 apartments each with a separate entrance and has a large parking lot. Each apartment has 1 or 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a bathroom and a private large terrace with sea views.
There is also a large terrace on the ground floor with a barbecue that can be used by every guest. On the same terrace there are also tables with chairs where you can just relax and enjoy your vacation with a cold beer or a good book.
Lopar has 22 sandy beaches and many smaller picturesque bays. The tourists recognized their benefit more than 120 years ago. This beauty is just as attractive to tourists from all over the world today. These beaches and coves are characterized by clean, shallow and warm sea.
Within a radius of 1 km you will find a variety of activities such as boat trips, water gun, playground, tennis school, windsurfing and kitesurfing, diving, jet skiing, parasailing, water skiing, taxi boats, cocktail bars on the beach, sightseeing and visits to the island of Goli, Rabska Fjera (Medieval Summer party) and much more.
