This charming holiday apartment with a large terrace and magnificent sea view is located on the first floor of a well-maintained house in Lopar on the island of Rab. Only about 50 metres from the sandy beach, it offers the perfect retreat for families who love the Mediterranean way of life.
The 35 m² accommodation is ideally suited for a family with 1-2 children. It has two bedrooms - one with a double bed, the second with two single beds - as well as a bathroom and a well-equipped living kitchen with dining area. The cosy terrace invites you to relax with a sea view, sun loungers and seating furniture - whether during breakfast, with a book or at sunset. Please note: The second bedroom is a so-called "trapped room" that can only be accessed through the main bedroom - perfect for children, less suitable for two couples.
The apartment is air-conditioned, equipped with WiFi and features satellite TV. A communal washing machine is also available (usage for a fee). For families with a small child, it is possible to bring a fifth child if they sleep in the parents' bed - an additional bed cannot be provided due to space constraints.
The house is located in a quiet, green environment, with six additional holiday apartments, each with its own access. On the ground floor, there is a large communal terrace with a barbecue area that can be used by all guests.
Lopar impresses with a total of 22 sandy beaches and numerous small bays that gently slope into the clean and warm sea - ideal for families with children. The beautiful house is located in the Kvarner Bay, on the island of Rab in the resort of Lopar and is about 500m from the sea.
4 apartments for 3-5 persons and 2 studio apartments for 2 persons are rented.
