The beach is only 50 m away - ideal for families with children. In the immediate vicinity, there is a park with a playground, restaurants, supermarkets and a bus stop. For water sports enthusiasts, there are boat moorings just 50 m away and an in-house boat rental. Two grills are freely available in the courtyard, and a secure parking space is directly at the house.

Here you will find everything you need to feel comfortable: oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, as well as sufficient cooking utensils and crockery. Sat-TV and free WiFi provide entertainment. From the furnished balcony, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the greenery - perfect for relaxed evening hours.
