This comfortable holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a house in the north of Lopar, just 150 m from the sandy beach. The house is situated on the outskirts of the town on a quiet street, surrounded by shady pine and pine forest, and offers ideal conditions for a relaxed beach holiday with the whole family.
The apartment offers two spacious bedrooms for up to five people on 70 m² of living space, a bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a living area with an open kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, kettle, and filter coffee machine. In the living area, SAT-TV, WLAN, and a sofa bed are available. There is no air conditioning in this apartment, the heating ensures pleasant temperatures, and a baby cot is available upon request.
The 15 m² terrace offers a magnificent view of the beach, sea, and green surroundings. Equipped with a table, chairs, and a parasol, it invites you to have breakfast or relax outdoors.
Parking facilities are provided: A garage and a private parking space are available directly at the house. Pets are not allowed, and a communal laundry facility can be used for an additional charge.

The accommodation is on the first floor of a well-maintained house with several holiday apartments and offers space for up to five people on 50 m² – ideal for families or couples looking for sun, sea and relaxation.
The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a large living area with two sofa beds and a sleeping chair. The combined living, dining and kitchen area is air-conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, dining table, refrigerator, freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine as well as crockery and cooking utensils. The bathroom offers shower, bathtub, washbasin and toilet.
