The house is absolutely quiet in an idyllic residential area in the middle of the popular holiday and beach resort Lopar on the sunny Kvarner island "Rab".
The house offers 5 rental units for 3-5 people. 4 apartments are spread over 2 floors in the main building. The apartment 5 is a special feature and extends in an extension over 3 floors, All apartments have a terrace or balcony with sea views, satellite TV (except A3) and spacious kitchens.
A covered parking garage for 5 cars is reserved for guests of the house directly at the house. There is also the possibility to grill. The guests of the house also have the opportunity to use the washing machine of the landlord. Pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests. The friendly landlords live also in the house and are available during your stay with questions of all kinds.
The owner is a hairdresser and beautician and therefore offers her guests hairdressing and facial care.
In-house production includes products such as wine and schnapps.
The center of Lopar is about 150 meters away. Likewise, all touristy interesting facilities such as restaurants, leisure facilities, bakery, bank, and of course the famous 1.5 km long paradise beach (sandy beach). A special feature in Lopar is the free Wi-Fi Internet access in the center which all unrestricted use.
