Here you can prepare your meals and start the day relaxed.

The terrace offers a partial sea view and invites you to linger - whether during breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. A modern bathroom with shower, satellite TV, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning provide additional comfort. A washing machine is available for guests to share in the landlord's house if needed.

The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of Lopar, only about 200 m from the sea and a gently sloping sandy beach - ideal for beach holidaymakers and families with children. The centre with restaurants, cafés, supermarket, bakery and cash machine can be conveniently reached on foot in just a few minutes.

Lopar is known for its numerous sandy beaches - above all the famous "Paradise Beach (Rajska Plaža)", which extends over approximately 1.5 km. In addition to bathing fun, the surrounding area offers diverse opportunities for walking, cycling, water sports, diving, or a boat trip along the coast.

The house also includes a well-maintained garden with a barbecue area and seating area, which guests can use by arrangement. Parking spaces are available directly at the house. The friendly landlords live in the same building and are happy to help with tips for excursions or nearby restaurants.

The house is situated on the edge of the village below a shady pine and pine forest and offers ideal conditions for a relaxing beach holiday for couples or small families.

On 30 m² of living space, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and WC, and an open living area with a kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment, kettle, and filter coffee machine. In the living area, SAT-TV, WLAN, air conditioning, and a sofa bed are available. A baby bed is available upon request.

The 5 m² terrace offers a sea view and is equipped with a table, chairs and a clothes horse. It invites you to have breakfast or relax outdoors.

Parking spaces are available directly at the house, a garage is also available. Pets are not allowed, communal use of the washing machine is possible for an additional charge.
