The holiday apartment of 55 m² is located in a quiet hillside position in Lopar, only 800 m from Sahara Bay and the town centre. It offers space for up to 4 people as well as an additional bed.
The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds, air conditioning, insect screens, and private access to the bathrooms. The larger bedroom has a terrace with sea view, the smaller one has access to one of the two bathrooms with shower, washbasin, and toilet. A sofa bed in the kitchen extends the sleeping options.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a glass ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, crockery and cutlery. Dining area and living area are equipped with TV/SAT.
Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. Bed linen, towels and free WiFi are available.
Two terraces with sea views, garden views and seating invite you to relax. A komin (traditional barbecue hut) is available in the garden. Parking spaces are directly at the property, including one sun-protected parking spot.

Super schöne Unterkunft, mit viel Raum und zwei wunderschönen Terrassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Die Entfernungsangaben in der Beschreibung beziehen sich auf die Luftlinie, man läuft zum schönen Sahara Strand circa 20-25 Minuten.

The accommodation is on the first floor of a well-maintained house with several holiday apartments and offers space for up to five people on 50 m² – ideal for families or couples looking for sun, sea and relaxation.
The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a large living area with two sofa beds and a sleeping chair. The combined living, dining and kitchen area is air-conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, dining table, refrigerator, freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine as well as crockery and cooking utensils.
