With 80 m², the apartment offers space for up to 4 people (plus an additional sofa bed) and convinces with two cosy bedrooms, a modern bathroom and a fully equipped living kitchen. The kitchen features a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, cooker with oven, kettle and filter coffee machine - ideal for self-caterers.
The living room invites you to relax with a cosy sofa, coffee table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and air conditioning. Through the 10 m² large, covered terrace, you can directly access the well-maintained garden area with lawn, dining area and barbecue facilities – perfect for shared meals or relaxing hours in the green. The terrace offers space for up to 6 people and direct access to the garden. Bed linen and towels are included, so you can start your holiday without any hassle.
The holiday home is located quietly in a pure residential area, only about 700 m from the famous 1.5 km long sandy beach "Paradise Beach". A free parking space directly at the house is available to you, and pets can be brought along by arrangement.
Lopar offers a variety of leisure activities: swimming, snorkelling and diving at the beach, boat and bicycle hire, beach volleyball, mini golf, sports fields, kayak or canoe tours as well as cultural excursions, wine tastings or gourmet restaurants. Restaurants, supermarkets and a children's playground are within a few minutes' walk, the town centre is only about 400 m away.
The friendly landlords live in the house and are available at any time for questions. The holiday apartment is perfectly suited for families, couples or groups who want to enjoy a relaxed beach and recreational holiday in a green, quiet environment.

The apartman had an unpleasant smell when you entered from the terrace.
No microwave in this apartman, but the one upstairs had one.
I had to pay 5 EUR / night for the air conditioner which was NOT mentioned anywhere.

Die Wohnung ist alles in allem gut, was nicht so schön war ist das es keinen Besen zum kehren gab. Man schleift ja allerhand Sand vom Strand mit.
In der Küche fehlte so manches ( Schöpflöffel , Salatbesteck, Nudellöffel )

In der Küche fehlte so manches ( Schöpflöffel , Salatbesteck, Nudellöffel ) Sehr freundliche und Zuvorkommende Vermieter. Der weg zum Strand ist nicht zu weit , ein langsamer Spaziergang von 10 min dann ist man am Paradies Strand. Der Strand ist der Hammer super klasse gut. Für Familien mit kleinen Kinder optimal. Ein sehr schöner Urlaub, immer wieder gerne. |

This cosy holiday apartment on the island of Rab is located in the popular holiday resort of Lopar, just about 300 m from the nearest sandy beach. The accommodation is on the first floor of a well-maintained house with several holiday apartments and offers space for up to five people on 50 m² – ideal for families or couples looking for sun, sea and relaxation.
The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed and a large living area with two sofa beds and a sleeping chair. The combined living, dining and kitchen area is air-conditioned and equipped with SAT-TV, dining table, refrigerator, freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine as well as crockery and cooking utensils. The bathroom offers shower, bathtub, washbasin and toilet.
