The living room invites you to relax with a cosy sofa, coffee table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and air conditioning. Through the 10 m² large, covered terrace, you can directly access the well-maintained garden area with lawn, dining area and barbecue facilities – perfect for shared meals or relaxing hours in the green.
