Welcome to our spacious holiday apartment for up to 7 people, ideal for families or groups looking for comfort, space and proximity to the sea. The 92 m² accommodation spans two levels in the attic and offers three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and an open living and dining room with a fully equipped kitchen. From parts of the apartment, you can enjoy a magnificent sea view.
The covered terrace with an awning and a table for six people invites you to have breakfast outdoors or to enjoy relaxed evenings with a view of the garden. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, satellite/cable TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dishwasher. Bed linen, towels and a high chair are included, a baby cot can be provided upon request. Parking spaces for two vehicles are available directly at the property. Please note that the use of air conditioning is subject to a small fee.
Just 200 metres away is the gravel beach area, ideal for relaxing days by the sea, walks or sunbathing. Restaurants, supermarkets and the town centre are conveniently within walking distance. The surroundings offer numerous leisure activities such as water sports, boat trips, diving, cycling or hiking.
Our spacious garden and courtyard are available to all guests and offer plenty of space for sociable barbecue evenings or relaxed hours after a day at the beach. The hosts live on-site and are happy to provide tips and support to help make your stay unforgettable.

This spacious holiday apartment on the first floor of a well-maintained house in Lopar on the island of Rab offers plenty of space for families or friendly couples on around 80 m². With three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large, covered south-facing terrace (30 m²) with a slight sea view, it is perfect for a relaxed beach holiday on the Adriatic.
Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed and its own air conditioning, allowing all guests to ensure comfortable temperatures individually. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom with a shower, the third bathroom offers a bathtub and a washing machine.

The house is located in a quiet residential area of Lopar, only about 200 m from the sea and the gently sloping sandy beach, which is particularly suitable for families with children. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach restaurants, supermarket, ATM, and bakery. The famous "Paradise Beach (Rajska Plaža)" is about 1.5 km long and offers numerous leisure activities - from water sports to cosy beach cafés.
The accommodation offers free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and two private parking spaces directly at the house. In the outdoor area, there is also a terrace with barbecue facilities and seating in the garden. The landlords live in the same house and are happy to help with any questions.

The spacious holiday apartment on the ground floor of our charming house in Lopar on the island of Rab offers space for up to eight people on 110 m² and is thus ideal for families or groups looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Only about 350 m separate you from the gently sloping sandy beach Mel – perfect for children and beach lovers. The famous Paradise Beach is also only about 1.5 km away and invites you to unforgettable hours with its turquoise blue water.
The apartment has three comfortable bedrooms, two bathrooms and a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. Two covered balconies with partial sea views offer both sun and shade - ideal for cosy hours outdoors.
