On 40 m², you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare your meals. The modern bathroom has a shower, and bed linen and towels are provided and regularly changed.
The apartment is air-conditioned and offers satellite TV, a safe, free WiFi, and a private parking space. The spacious 70 m² terrace in front of the apartment invites you to have breakfast outdoors or to relax together with family. For sociable moments, a barbecue area is also available on the shared terrace.
Only 350 metres separate you from the next sandy beach, ideal for sunbathing and beach days. Other beaches, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and leisure activities such as cycling tours, water sports, boat trips or mini golf are conveniently accessible. The central location combines peaceful idyll with good connection to the surrounding area and public transport.
