This bright and spacious holiday apartment on the first floor offers sufficient space for up to 10 people on approx. 120 m² - ideal for families or groups who want to spend a relaxed holiday on the sunny Kvarner island of Rab. The apartment has three cosy bedrooms with comfortable double and single beds as well as two modern bathrooms with shower and bathtub.
The open-plan living area combines comfort and functionality: The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator, freezer, oven, 4-plate stove and all important utensils for self-catering. A large dining table offers space for 8 people. The adjacent living room invites you to cosy get-togethers with a corner sofa and satellite TV. From here as well as from the kitchen, you can access the 15 m² covered terrace with a robust wooden table and benches - the perfect place for shared meals or relaxed hours with a view of the greenery.
The apartment is air-conditioned and has WiFi. A private washing machine is also available. Pets are welcome, additional fees may apply here.
The holiday home is located in a quiet residential area without through traffic, surrounded by Mediterranean nature. The gently sloping sandy beach is only about 100 metres away, the popular Paradise Beach in San Marino is around 1.2 kilometres away. The centre of Lopar with supermarket, restaurants and other shopping opportunities can be conveniently reached in a few minutes.
In the idyllic outdoor area of the house, you can relax in a Mediterranean atmosphere or use the barbecue facilities by arrangement. Free parking spaces are located directly at the property.
The environment offers numerous leisure activities such as cycling, hiking, water sports, boat trips and excursions to local attractions - so your holiday on the Adriatic will be varied and relaxing.
