This charming holiday apartment on the first floor of a well-maintained house in Lopar on the island of Rab is ideal for couples or small families looking for sun, sea, and relaxation. With around 30 m² of living space, it offers everything you need for a pleasant stay on the Adriatic.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a pull-out sofa bed for an additional person. Die Unterkunft war sauber, die Familie vor Ort sehr freundlich. Die kleinen Appartements sind für ein paar Tage vollkommen ausreichend, für einen längeren Zeitraum wäre es für uns zu beengt. Das kleine Appartement im 1. Stock hat keinen Balkon, man kann allerdings vor der Wohnungstür im Treppenaufgang den Tisch benutzen. Für das kleine Appartement im EG bräuchte es eine Möglichkeit, nasse Handtücher aufzuhängen. Allerdings haben wir auch nicht gefragt, ob es einen Wäscheständer zum ausborgen gibt.
Fazit: für ein verlängertes Wochenende jederzeit wieder! |

Weg zum Meer ist weiter als 200 m. Alle Meter-Angaben stimmen nicht, ist massiv weiter!! Wasserhahn in Küche war unndicht, Hahn tropfte, war unten an der Kombination undicht! Es war kein Balkon vorhanden!! Das Foto ist nicht ganz richtig. Dies war der Aufgang für weitere Wohnungen. Als Terrasse verstehe ich einen abgeschlossenen in sich selbstänigen nur für Mieter zugänglichen Aufenthaltsraum!! Miete zu hoch! Vielleicht ist das Verhältnis zwischen Vermittler und Vermieter nicht in einem guten Verhältnis! Für dieses Geld habe ich in Lopar schon eine 3 Zimmerwohnung vermietet bekommen! War für dieses Jahr leider zu spät dran, sonst hätte ich ohne zögern diese wieder gemietet. Meeraussicht war keine vorhanden! Vielleicht aus den oberen Wohnungen möglich. Stromanschluss in der Küche nur über Verlängerungsschnur möglich! Steckdose wurde vom Anschluss in der Küchenkombination mit Verlängerungskabel am rechten Küchenschrank ermpor geführt, sodass das Kabel vom Küchenabzug reichte ! Ich musste selbst eine Verlängerung von dort retour auf die Küchenkombination montieren um meine private Kaffeemaschine in Betrieb setzen zu können. Bratpfanne ist sehr abgenutzt. Boden der Pfanne sah einem Wok ähnlicher als einer handelsüblichen Bratpfanne! Es gab leider keine Einführung, wie zum Beispiel die Klimanalage oder der Fernseher funktioniert. Fand ich schade! Hätte ich aber nachfragen können! Türe in Badezimmer ist gefährlich! Beim öffnen oder schliessen kann man sich die Finger zwischen Toilettenschrank oder Brünneli einklemmen. Es sind kaum 2 Milimeter dazwischen. Habe mir ziemlich weh getan! Grill ist vorhanden, es bestehen jedoch keine Sitzmöglichkeiten. Auf Anfrage sagte die Vermieterin, die Mieter würden das Grillgut grillen und mit auf ihre Wohnungen nehmen. Verstehen Sie das selbe unter Grillplatz?? Wohnung ist schlecht isoliert. Habe von meiner Nachbarwohnungen Lärm und Festifitäten ertragen müssen. Gehört das auch zum Arrengement? Muss ich dieses wähend meinen Ferien akzeptieren, ist dies normal in solchen Lokalitäten?
