Each apartment has WiFi, satellite TV, a kitchen, its own bathroom and a furnished terrace or balcony. Pets are only allowed in one apartment, maximum one dog up to 15 kg.

The apartment comprises a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a living and dining area with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The private terrace is covered and equipped with a table, chairs, and a clothes horse. Parking spaces are available directly at the property.

Guests have access to a large garden with a sunbathing lawn, a garden terrace and barbecue facilities, as well as a communal washing machine. Bed linen and towels are included.

The environment offers numerous leisure activities: water sports, sailing, windsurfing, diving, snorkelling, parasailing, boat and bicycle rental, beach volleyball, tennis, fishing, sightseeing or excursions for dolphin watching.
