On approximately 45 m² of living space, you have two bedrooms with comfortable sleeping arrangements and an additional sleeping space in the living area. The apartment is air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi and is functionally and cosily furnished. The separate kitchen is fully equipped and is excellent for self-catering during your stay. Two bathrooms with shower and WC provide additional comfort - especially for multiple guests.
A real highlight is the private outdoor area: The apartment has both a balcony and a spacious terrace (approx. 15 m²), ideal for shared meals, relaxed evenings or starting the holiday day with a view of the sea. A barbecue area is also available. Parking spaces are located directly at the accommodation.

The holiday apartment is located in a child-friendly area of Lopar. The fine sandy beach is only about 150 metres away and easily accessible on foot - perfect for beach holidaymakers and families. Supermarket, restaurants and the town centre are also in the immediate vicinity (approx. 100-150 metres).
Lopar is known for its numerous sandy beaches, including the famous Paradise Beach (Rajska Plaža), as well as shallow bathing bays. The surroundings invite walks, cycling, water sports and boat trips and offer ideal conditions for a varied holiday on the island of Rab.

Tolle Lage, ruhig und doch zentral. Die Wohnung hat alles Nötige, die Terrasse ist fantastisch. Hund war willkommen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett. Gerne wieder!
