This lovingly furnished holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a small, modern holiday home in the middle of the old town of Nin - on a quiet island, connected to the mainland only by a narrow bridge. The location is ideal for those who want to combine the Mediterranean flair of a historic town with proximity to the sea and family-friendly sandy beaches.

The apartment is ground-level accessible and offers space for up to five people on around 46 m². Two separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds provide pleasant retreat opportunities, while a cosy sofa bed in the living area offers additional sleeping space. The furnishings are modern and practical at the same time – designed with great attention to detail.

The heart of the accommodation is the open living and dining area with direct access to the private, partially covered terrace. Here you can relax and have breakfast, eat together or simply enjoy the tranquillity of the garden.
