The open living and dining area forms the heart of the holiday apartment. Here you can relax together or enjoy meals. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your own dishes, including a hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher and various kitchen utensils. Wi-Fi and television provide additional comfort.
On warm summer days, an air cooler provides pleasant cooling. This is a mobile device that visually resembles a small air conditioning unit. It cools the room air through evaporation and simultaneously provides a light humidification of the air, thereby noticeably improving the room climate.
A special highlight of the accommodation is the balcony with sea view. Here you can start the day relaxed with breakfast outdoors or let the evening end with a glass of wine and enjoy the view of the Adriatic Sea.
The sea and the nearest beaches are located only about 700 metres away and are conveniently accessible. In the surrounding area, you will also find restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities for daily needs. The historic old town of Rab with its characteristic church towers, narrow alleys and numerous restaurants is also quickly accessible and invites you to take a leisurely stroll.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft geliebt, sie sind sehr freundlich und sie haben uns geholfen, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Der Besitzer spricht Englisch, sein Haus befindet sich in einem schönen und ruhigen Teil von Rab, oben auf dem Hügel. Die Strände erreichst du bequem mit dem Auto, und es gibt einen riesigen Laden in der Nähe, in dem du Lebensmittel einkaufen kannst und vieles mehr. Das Haus ist schön, drei Zimmer darin, mit Küche und 2 Badezimmern und einer Terrasse, auf der du den Sonnenuntergang sehen kannst, könnte ich sagen: es ist eine schöne Aussicht, mit der Stadt Rab. Wir haben die Atmosphäre des Hauses geliebt, wir empfehlen es wärmstens und werden wiederkommen! :)

The spacious holiday apartment in the attic of a charming house in Barbat on the island of Rab offers plenty of space for families or groups of up to six people on 85 m². Only about 200 metres separate you from the crystal-clear sea and the beautiful beach promenade, which extends to the old town of Rab. In the immediate vicinity, you will find everything you need for a relaxed stay – restaurants, cafés, a bakery and shopping opportunities are conveniently within walking distance.
The apartment impresses with a friendly, bright atmosphere and a well-thought-out room layout. Three separate bedrooms ensure sufficient privacy, while two bathrooms with shower and daylight provide comfort. The cosy living and dining area with a large corner sofa, SAT-TV and air conditioning invites you to relax. In the fully equipped kitchen, you will find an electric cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment and microwave, as well as a coffee machine – perfect for self-catering. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea – ideal for letting the day end in a relaxed manner at sunset.
