Welcome to your cosy retreat directly by the sea – ideal for couples or small families who want to spend relaxed holiday days in a magnificent setting. This charming apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained holiday home in Sukosan, just about 50 metres from the gently sloping sandy and pebble beach. The dreamlike sea view from your own terrace creates a holiday feeling from the very first moment.
The modern-equipped holiday apartment offers a separate bedroom with a double bed and an open living area with a sofa bed and dining area on 37 m². The well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and toaster - perfect for self-caterers. Access to the partially covered terrace is directly through the living room. Here you can enjoy cosy meals outdoors or simply take in the view of the sea.
For pleasant comfort, air conditioning, SAT-TV, WiFi, and a modern bathroom with shower and hairdryer are provided. Bed linen and towels are of course available. A free parking space is available directly at the house. Pets are also welcome - however, an additional fee will be charged. A baby bed can be provided upon request.

Super Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern. Gemütliche EG Wohnung, 30 Meter zum Strand. Kiesstrand, es laufen viele Tiere, Einsiedlerkrebse, Fische auf dem Meeresboden, gibt's also was zu beobachten :) Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, man hat alles, was man braucsee more
Super Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern. Gemütliche EG Wohnung, 30 Meter zum Strand. Kiesstrand, es laufen viele Tiere, Einsiedlerkrebse, Fische auf dem Meeresboden, gibt's also was zu beobachten :) Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, man hat alles, was man braucht, außer wenigen Kleinigkeiten (z.B. Müllsäcke, Spülmaschinentabs etc). Es gibt sogar einen Staubsauger, super praktisch mit Kindern! Gerne wieder, Hvala Croatia:)

This charming holiday home offers five separate units for up to 19 guests and is ideal for families, couples, singles and seniors. The accommodation impresses with its quiet location, just a few minutes from various types of beaches - pebble beaches, concreted plateaus and sandy beaches - and is still well connected to public transport.
The apartments are modern and equipped with a bedroom with double and single beds, a bathroom with a shower, WC and double washbasin, as well as a kitchenette with cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine and dining table. Satellite TV, WiFi and air conditioning are also part of the equipment. A baby bed is available on request.
Each unit has a 15 m² balcony with sea view, table, chairs, sun lounger, parasol, and private outdoor grill. Guests can use the garden with sunbathing lawn, shaded areas, fruit and vegetable garden, and outdoor shower. Bicycles, grilling facilities, and a sun terrace are also available.
Parking spaces are directly available at the property, an airport transfer can be organised. Small pets are welcome by arrangement.

The holiday apartment is located in a quiet part of Sukošan, just 90 metres from the beach and 300 metres from the town centre. The ground floor apartment offers space for up to 4 people (3 adults + 1 child) and covers 45 m².
It has a bedroom with a double bed, single bed and optional baby bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin, mirror and hairdryer. The combined living and dining area is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette including electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine, crockery and cutlery as well as a dining table for 4 people. In the living area, a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, shelf and display cabinet are available.
The 7 m² balcony is partially covered and equipped with a table, chairs, and a parasol. It offers direct access to the garden/courtyard, which can be used jointly. A private parking space is also included with the accommodation. Pets are welcome up to three animals.
The location enables diverse activities: swimming, windsurfing, pedal boating, theme park visits, bicycle rental, water sports, diving, snorkelling, water skiing, sailing, boat trips, hiking, visits to national parks and leisure and sports opportunities in the immediate vicinity.
