The apartments are modern and equipped with a bedroom with double and single beds, a bathroom with a shower, WC and double washbasin, as well as a kitchenette with cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine and dining table. Each unit has a 15 m² balcony with sea view, table, chairs, sun lounger, parasol, and private outdoor grill. Guests can use the garden with sunbathing lawn, shaded areas, fruit and vegetable garden, and outdoor shower. Bicycles, grilling facilities, and a sun terrace are also available.
Parking spaces are directly available at the property, an airport transfer can be organised. Small pets are welcome by arrangement.

The holiday apartment is located in a quiet part of Sukošan, just 90 metres from the beach and 300 metres from the town centre. The ground floor apartment offers space for up to 4 people (3 adults + 1 child) and covers 45 m².
It has a bedroom with a double bed, single bed and optional baby bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin, mirror and hairdryer. The combined living and dining area is equipped with a fully equipped kitchenette including electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine, crockery and cutlery as well as a dining table for 4 people. In the living area, a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, shelf and display cabinet are available.
The 7 m² balcony is partially covered and equipped with a table, chairs, and a parasol. It offers direct access to the garden/courtyard, which can be used jointly. A private parking space is also included with the accommodation. Pets are welcome up to three animals.
