From here, you can enjoy a partial sea view and direct access to the quiet, enclosed garden.
The open living, dining and cooking area is modernly equipped and air-conditioned. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for self-catering, including oven, microwave and filter coffee machine. A sofa bed extends the sleeping options. WiFi, satellite TV and a private washing machine provide additional comfort.
The holiday home with only three apartments is located in a quiet residential area on the island of Čiovo, which is connected to the mainland by a bridge. The centre of Trogir with its historic old town is only about 700 metres away. Restaurants, supermarkets and other shopping opportunities are also located in the immediate vicinity and can be conveniently reached on foot.
For relaxed evenings, a shared garden with a barbecue area is available to you. Pets are welcome, however with a limitation on the number and size.

Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr sauberen schönen Zustand mit einer moderneN Ausstattung. Die Hundehaltung war kostenlos. Wir sind eine Familie mit 4 Personen und 2 Hunden und der Platz hat gereicht. Es gibt eine wunderschöne Terrasse mit Meeres Blick. Das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis ist okey. Man hat es nicht weit zum Strand (der leider etwas voll war) und zur Stadt. Leichtes negatives war leider das typische Kroatien da man zum Strand nach Hause einen Berg hoch gehen muss. Dazu war es bisschen problematisch mit den Hunden spazieren zu gehen da wenig Grünfläche da war, ist halt typisch Kroatien. Aus diesen Gründen haben wir uns entschieden trotz den engen Straßen an den Medusa Strand jeden Tag zu fahren wo es Parkplätze und Restaurants gab. Herzlichen Dank |

Welcome to your holiday home on the sun-spoiled island of Čiovo - just a short walk from the historic centre of Trogir and only 200 metres from the nearest beach. This spacious apartment on the second floor of a well-maintained holiday home offers you the perfect retreat for relaxing days on the Dalmatian coast, with two bedrooms, a furnished terrace with sea views and a thoughtful living concept.
The apartment (approx. 85 m²) impresses with an open, air-conditioned living, dining and kitchen area with a comfortable L-shaped leather sofa, large dining table and access to the spacious terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. Here, sunny hours, breakfast outdoors or a glass of wine in the evening can be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere. The two bedrooms with double beds (each 160 x 200 cm) also have SAT-TV - one of them with direct terrace access.
The kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you need for self-catering: a large fridge-freezer combination, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle and sufficient cooking utensils as well as crockery. A modern bathroom with a bathtub and a private washing machine complete the equipment. WiFi is of course available free of charge.
The property in which the apartment is located is quietly situated and surrounded by a well-maintained garden with plenty of greenery.
