The apartment is located on the first floor of a newly built villa, only about 200 metres from the sea, and impresses with a balcony with a breathtaking sea view, which invites you to relax.

The accommodation features a spacious bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a modern bathroom with a shower and hydromassage, and an open living area with kitchen, dining and living room. Amenities include air conditioning, satellite TV, dishwasher and WiFi. The living area also has two sofa beds that provide additional sleeping space. Baby cots are available upon request. Guests have access to a private parking space on the property.

The villa offers a private freshwater pool with sun loungers and a sunny garden terrace, surrounded by a green area with olive trees - the perfect place to relax after a day at the nearby beach. The beaches in the area consist of concrete plateaus and fine sand and are within walking distance.

Zambratija is located quietly and idyllically, with good connections to Umag (approx. 4 km), where you can find diverse leisure opportunities such as water sports, sailing, tennis and excursions into nature. Restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are conveniently accessible. Please note that additional costs may apply for certain services such as final cleaning and tourist tax.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

The quiet holiday home is located in Umag in a pure residential area on the outskirts, about 1.5 km from the sea and 1.5 km from the beach. It offers two spacious 4 * apartments for up to 5 people in the attic and a small studio apartment on the ground floor. All apartments are air-conditioned and have satellite TV. A special feature of the house is the free internet (W-Lan) connection. The house has a 500m ² fenced plot with lots of lawn and play opportunities for children. Pets are welcome too. The friendly and young landlords have children and also live in the house. They rent all year round. It speaks English and Italian. The entire tourist infrastructure is located in walking distance in a maximum distance of 1 - 1.5km.
