This hospitable holiday home is centrally located in the popular holiday and seaside resort Lopar on the sunny Kvarner island "Rab". The sprawling sandy beach, the well-known paradise beach, it is less than 100m - you cross the street and is practically there. The house is embedded in a spacious property with a beautiful garden and lawn area coat. A shaded parking lot for cars is available on the property for free. The house offers 2 air-conditioned apartments, each with 1 separate bedroom for 4-5 persons and 4 guest rooms with breakfast. All rentals include free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and air conditioning. In the garden you can relax on sun loungers or soak up the sun. A shower is also available here if needed. There is also a barbecue, which you are welcome to use with your family or friends. Pets are not allowed. German and English are spoken and understood in addition to Croatian. To the center with miniature golf course, inflatable castles for children, trampolines, locomotive, basketball and football field is less than 100m.
