The kitchenette is functionally equipped with a refrigerator, an electric stove with two hotplates, a kettle, filter coffee machine, as well as dishes and cooking utensils. The modern bathroom offers a shower, washbasin, and toilet.
In the outdoor area, a furnished terrace is available for communal use, which is ideal for outdoor meals or relaxed hours in the shade. The house's garden offers additional amenities such as sun loungers, parasols, a children's sandpit, and a barbecue option with an outdoor grill.
Guests have a private car park directly at the house. WiFi, bed linen, towels, electricity, water and air conditioning are included in the price. Pets are allowed upon request and can be brought for a fee. A baby cot is also available if needed.

The accommodation is located in the basement and features a combined living, sleeping and kitchen area with a double bed, sofa bed, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchenette. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, washbasin and mirror. A private access to the garden and a covered terrace with table, chairs and outdoor grill complete the offer.
