Well-kept holiday home with 2 apartments for 2-4 people in direct beach location, with beautiful garden and private boat pier.
The house is located in the tranquil resort of Sukosan, on the Riviera Zadar, only about 10 km south of the provincial capital of the same name in northern Dalmatia.
The 3-storey house offers 2 modernly equipped apartments, each with a private terrace, satellite TV and air conditioning. Especially boat owners should be fascinated by the perfect location, directly on the sea, overlooking the own boat at the private boat dock.
A beautiful man-high hedge surrounds the relatively large, well-kept garden with a considerable amount of lawn area invites you to barbecue. The two car parking spaces are sun-protected on the enclosed property. Meditteran flora blooms in all colors along the long side of the house, even a beautiful palm tree has been feeling at home here for years and a small fountain rounds off the idyll.
The friendly landlord couple has lived in Germany for many years and is thus optimally attuned to guests from German-speaking countries. The landlords own a small motorboat of 5 hp for max. 6 people, which can also be rented on a daily basis to undertake excursions in their own area. Pets are not allowed. If necessary, the washing machine of the landlord can be used.
The popular beach called "Kinderparadies" is only 200 m away. It is a partly gravelly, partly sandy beach with sandy seabed, also sloping gently and therefore ideal for swimming with smaller children.
On the beach there are several cafes, a Tretbotverleih and the like. The center is about 200 m. There are all other touristic interesting facilities, such as ATM, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, other restaurants and cafes, boat harbor and the like.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The pretty property with 4 apartments in the main building and an annex directly by the sea with a jetty and 6 boat berths (for an additional fee) is located in the tranquil holiday resort of Sukosan on the Zadar Riviera, only approx. 10 km south of the well-known provincial capital in northern Dalmatia.
The two small cottages are built directly next to each other and are connected via an outside staircase. There are ample parking spaces on the long plot and in the well-kept outdoor and garden area there is a beautiful lawn, which borders directly on the sea and is suitable for playing. A large outdoor grill with a sun-protected dining area is also available to the guests of the house. Apartments A1 and A3 are in the smaller annex, while A2 and A4 are in the larger house.
Boat owners in particular should be fascinated by the perfect location directly on the sea with a view of their own boat on the private jetty. The trailer, if available, can be safely parked for a fee on the neighboring property or on the premises of a shipyard nearby. The friendly landlord couple speaks German, Italian and Slovenian. A special feature is certainly the free Internet access (Wi-Fi). In addition, you have the opportunity to wash your laundry free of charge with the landlords. Pets are not allowed. The landlords also offer schnapps, wine and olive oil for sale from their own production.
The popular bathing beach called "Children's Paradise" is only 200 m away. It is a partly pebbly, partly sandy beach with a sandy seabed, and also gently sloping, making it ideal for bathing with smaller children.
