This spacious apartment on the second floor of a well-maintained holiday home offers you the perfect retreat for relaxing days on the Dalmatian coast, with two bedrooms, a furnished terrace with sea views and a thoughtful living concept.
The apartment (approx. 85 m²) impresses with an open, air-conditioned living, dining and kitchen area with a comfortable L-shaped leather sofa, large dining table and access to the spacious terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. Here, sunny hours, breakfast outdoors or a glass of wine in the evening can be enjoyed in a relaxed atmosphere. The two bedrooms with double beds (each 160 x 200 cm) also have SAT-TV - one of them with direct terrace access.
The kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything you need for self-catering: a large fridge-freezer combination, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle and sufficient cooking utensils as well as crockery. A modern bathroom with a bathtub and a private washing machine complete the equipment. WiFi is of course available free of charge.
The property in which the apartment is located is quietly situated and surrounded by a well-maintained garden with plenty of greenery. Guests have access to sun loungers, a shady seating area, and a barbecue spot. A parking space directly at the house is included, and the property is fenced. Pets are welcome by arrangement - certain restrictions apply.
The location is ideal: In just a few minutes' walk, you can reach not only the nearest pebble beach, but also restaurants, cafés and shopping opportunities. The vibrant centre of Trogir with its UNESCO-protected old town is conveniently accessible on foot (approx. 700 m). There, a variety of cultural attractions, authentic gastronomy and excursion options await you - whether by boat along the coast or to the surrounding islands.

Etwas weiter und steilerder Weg über den Stari put nach Trogir, aber für Markt Sehenswürdigkeiten und Hafen (Boot nach Split!) unbedingt erste Wahl.Vorsicht: die Ecken, wo man abbiegt unbedingt genau merken, , Wegweiser und Straßennummern sind nicht ganz durchgeführt, vieles ist ähnlich. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage!

This modern furnished apartment in Trogir offers comfortable space of 79 m² for up to six people and is ideal for families or groups who want to spend a relaxed holiday on the Dalmatian coast. The holiday apartment has two separate bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with corner bathtub and hairdryer, as well as a bright living room with satellite TV, air conditioning and a sofa bed for additional guests.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary cooking utensils. A dining area for six people invites shared meals. From the living area and bedrooms, you have access to the furnished south terrace with sun loungers, dining table, awning and direct access to the garden - perfect for relaxed hours outdoors.
A private car park is available directly at the house. Pets are not permitted in this accommodation. Upon request, an airport transfer can be organised, and there is also the option to use a communal washing machine.
The apartment is located only about 600 metres from the sea, with the gravel beach easily accessible on foot.
