The holiday apartment has two separate bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with corner bathtub and hairdryer, as well as a bright living room with satellite TV, air conditioning and a sofa bed for additional guests.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all necessary cooking utensils. A dining area for six people invites shared meals. From the living area and bedrooms, you have access to the furnished south terrace with sun loungers, dining table, awning and direct access to the garden - perfect for relaxed hours outdoors.
A private car park is available directly at the house. Pets are not permitted in this accommodation. Upon request, an airport transfer can be organised, and there is also the option to use a communal washing machine.
The apartment is located only about 600 metres from the sea, with the gravel beach easily accessible on foot. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and other shopping opportunities are in the immediate vicinity. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities such as water sports, sailing, diving, snorkelling, cycling, tennis and boat trips.
